Your feedback is really important to us.

Whether it is a thank you to a ward or department or an issue that you want to raise with us, there are several ways that you can let us know about your experience at our hospitals. Feedback allows us to make improvements and share best practice.

You can leave feedback via the NHS website, or by emailing us directly. We will tell you a bit about each service in the sections below.

Care Opinion

You can also leave feedback on the Care Opinion website. It provides services profiles and also allows you to leave comments and rate your experience in hospital.

Share feedback with the CQC

You can also send feedback to the healthcare regulator the Care Quality Commission  (CQC). The CQC also use feedback from the NHS website, Patient Opinion and other sources.
