Temporary relocation of Diabetic Foot Clinic and Frailty Assessment Unit

The Diabetic Foot Clinic has temporarily been re-located to the Frailty Assessment Unit, opposite the Discharge Lounge on the ground floor of Appleton Wing.
If you have an appointment with the service please attend this location.
Services provided on the Frailty Assessment Unit have been temporarily moved to existing areas within the Emergency Frailty Department and Outpatients.
