Following the creation of North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust on 1 April 2026, we are now developing a longer-term strategy to shape our future direction and priorities.
Building on our already agreed values, our strategy will guide us in how we continue to improve care and make the best use of our people, buildings, technology and resources.
We want this strategy to reflect the views and ambitions of our staff, communities, partners and stakeholders.
