NHS provider licence self-certification

NHS foundation trusts are required to assess annually whether they can make the required declaration in relation to Condition CoS7 of the NHS Provider Licence, which relates to the availability of resources.

Condition CoS7 requires the Board of Directors to consider whether, having made appropriate enquiries, it has a reasonable expectation that the Trust will have the required resources available to continue to provide 'Commissioner Requested Services' for the relevant 12-month period.

Having made appropriate enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust will have the required resources available to continue to provide Commissioner Requested Services for the relevant 12-month period.
