Behavioural framework

Our behavioural framework is built on our values of Kind, Open, Fair and One Team.

Developed with colleagues from across the organisation, it highlights the behaviours that we want to see and experience in the workplace. The framework also highlights the behaviours that are not acceptable. 

Our framework helps to support a positive working environment and create a culture where everyone feels safe, respected and valued.
