0-19 (25) Healthy Child Service – Halton


General introduction

We bring together services that support the health, development and wellbeing of children and young people aged 0 to 19 and their families.

We also support young people who have special educational needs and / or a disability up to age 25, and their families or carers.

We provide early support (when needed) for parents who are expecting a baby.

How to access this service

This is a universal service, available to all children and young people aged 0 to 19 years living in Halton. 

We also support young people who have special educational needs and / or a disability up to the age of 25, and their families or carers.

About the team

Our team includes health visitors, school nurses, family nurses (Family Nurse Partnership), public health community nurses, public health practitioners, administration colleagues. We also have an infant feeding nurse specialist within the team.
