Healthwatch Warrington and Healthwatch Halton are recruiting a Patient and Public Reference Group (PPRG) to ensure Warrington and Halton residents have a voice in shaping future NHS services.
Meetings are held monthly (moving to bi-monthly). The first meeting will be held on Monday 1 December, 3pm to 4.30pm in the Trust Conference Room, Burtonwood Wing (First Floor), Warrington Hospital.
Meetings will be held in person or accessible via MS Teams, and volunteer expenses are paid.
This comes as Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust plan to join forces by April 2026 to become North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust (subject to approval).
We’re already working together as the North Cheshire and Mersey Healthcare Partnership, with the Better Care Together programme driving improvements.
